This was just one berry too far for this poor thrush.
Turns it into a non-U Christmas card.
Honestly don't know how the poor thing died.
Honestly I didn't wash my windows.
Anyways, I gave it a good send off, laying it on a slab of foam rubber with its favourite food next to it. Hoping it was simply unconscious and would wake up with a berry almost in its beak.
Hopefully the neighbourhood cats won't get hold of it before that.
I'm very good with photographing birds :-)
As long as they lie very, very still.
